I loved this article, clear and inspiring for something more out of this life.......
I am 41 now, but when I was thirty seven, developed a heart requiring a pacemaker/defib unit.
Since then have essentially ignored it .... to my near demise recently. I will be signing up for yoga classes tomorrow!
this post would make more sense if i had said heart problem instead of just heart
