ReplyDeleteI am 41 now, but when I was thirty seven, developed a heart requiring a pacemaker/defib unit.
Since then have essentially ignored it .... to my near demise recently. I will be signing up for yoga classes tomorrow!
this post would make more sense if i had said heart problem instead of just heart
ReplyDeleteInteresting article and I'll definitely try out your yoga-routine. Having - in the course of the past 36 years of my life - suffered from bouts of depression lasting up to two years, I truly resent people comparing this horrible condition to a common cold though!
ReplyDeleteMeditation helps me with PTSD (post traumatic stress -- [I got pissed and dropped the disorder part])and I'm going to recommend this site to a person just starting out who could use some suggestions.

I'm not sure If I have bipolar, but I have been hospitalized and given medication that treats it...maybe I'm in denial. Anyways, sounds hard. I will try it someday though.
